This collection was inspired by the Tree of Life, a mystical motif in the traditional textiles of Palampore, India. Depicted as a flowering tree where animals gather, it is thought to connect the three worlds of sky, earth, and root. We translated these motifs into a collection with subtle references to the blooming golden trees, the beautiful beasts, and the white jasmine star flowers and carnelian pomegranates that appear amongst the branches.
